Purchasing from Tango's Shoes

All orders can be placed via our website.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return, unworn footwear, within 7 working days of delivery. All online orders/returns are dealt with by our head office in Whitianga. Prior to returning please phone our friendly staff on 07 8664465 or email enquiries@tangosshoes.co.nz to advise of intention to return.

Pricing

All prices on Tango's Shoes web page are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Tango's Shoes reserves the right to alter prices as needed.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shop online with ease and enjoy free shipping on all New Zealand orders over $150 (excludes RURAL DELIVERY)

Shipping costs are as follows:

New Zealand:     Free shipping over $150

                            $10 for all orders under $150

Waiheke Is:          $15 for all orders

Great Barrier Is:   $15 for all orders

Stewart Is:            $15 for all orders

Rural Delivery:    $10 for all orders

Australia:             $35 for 1 pair of shoes/sandals

                            $60 for 2 pairs of shoes/sandals

                            $65 for 1 pair of Boots

                            $120 for 2 pairs of boots

International:       $85 base rate. Final rate to be confirmed upon purchase

NZ Deliveries - We use PBT couriers therefore we will not be able to deliver to a Post Office Box. It is important that your details are completed in full to ensure accurate sending and tracking of your purchases. Your parcel should arrive within 10 working days of receipt of order within New Zealand, please note that rural deliveries may take slightly longer as these get handed over to NZ Post. If you have not received your order by this time frame please get in touch with head office at enquiries@tangosshoes.co.nz

Australia Deliveries - We use the premium service of DHL Express. This is an extremely efficient, reliable service. Please select the correct shipping requirement at the checkout if you are purchasing multiple pairs. We endeavor to send orders out within 7 working days on receipt of purchase. If you have time restraints, please email enquiries@tangosshoes.co.nz so we can advise a rough estimate of delivery date. 

International Deliveries - As above, we use DHL Express. We have a base rate of $85 for all international deliveries. Further costs may be required, dependent on shipping location and item/s purchased, due to size/weight variations. Please email enquiries@tangosshoes.co.nz if you would like a shipping quote PRIOR to purchase.

Returns Policy 

We offer a refund on all online purchases that:

  • Differ from the order placed.
  • Have manufacturing defects.
  •  

    Shoes must only be tried on indoors.

    Shoes must be returned in their original condition with their respective box and packaging within 7 working days from your receipt of order. All online orders/returns are dealt with by our head office in Whitianga. Prior to returning please phone our friendly staff on 07 8664465 or email enquiries@tangosshoes.co.nz to advise of intention to return. 

    We will not accept back worn footwear unless there is a fault with the product.

    We have a no refund policy for goods purchased at full price online. If you are unhappy with the sizing or colour you have selected on our website, we are happy to exchange for another size or colour, where available. This will incur a small courier charge of $10 for a replacement pair (NZ only). We cannot guarantee an alternate size or colour is available; when we do not have the size or colour you require in stock you will be issued with an online gift card to the value of the goods purchased minus courier cost of $10. Gift cards will be issued upon receipt of returned footwear. Please note, there is no expiry on Gift Cards issued for returned goods. Gift Cards can be used in store or online.

    Sale items are final, no returns or exchanges.

    Where/How to Return Footwear.

    If you return your shoes by courier, please make sure the item is tracked as Tango's will not accept liability for lost items.

    Make sure you include the following when returning goods:
     - Proof of purchase  
     - Your name, address and contact details
     - Also please ensure to include a note advising the reason for your return

    If you return your shoes to one of our stores, please ensure to bring your proof of purchase. Alternatively, please get in touch with our Whitianga branch on 07 8664465 and one of our friendly staff members will advise which store to send your returns back to. 

    Once the product has been received and verified by us, Tango’s Limited will resend the replacement item or when appropriate give an in store credit for the value of the product.

    Footwear Guarantee

    All footwear sold by Tango’s Shoes is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship.

    Footwear worn under normal conditions of wear and tear will be covered by this guarantee

    We do not guarantee against abusive or excessive wear and tear of footwear.

    Privacy Policy

    Your privacy is very important to us at Tango’s Shoes.

    You can visit our web site without relaying any information at all.

    We will not collect personal information on our web site without your knowledge and permission.

    This personal information is only collected when you knowingly and voluntarily submit it to us for reasons such as when you contact us via email, order goods from us or join the Tango’s Club. Tango’s Shoes will only use this information for the purpose it was submitted for. All your information will be treated as confidential.

    When placing an order with Tango’s Shoes, you may need to provide certain information to process your transaction. We will only use this information to process your orders and deliveries.

    Any Personal information passed on from you to Tango’s Shoes will not be passed on to any unnecessary third party nor will it be discussed sold or rented.

    Competition terms and conditions

    Gift Card to be redeemed on full price purchases $100 or over only
    Not to be refunded for cash
    Loyalty Club terms and conditions
    Loyalty points will ONLY be given on full priced shoes, handbags and wallets and can only be redeemed on full priced purchases over $100. 
    Loyalty customers will receive 2 points for every $1 spent. 
    Spend $300 to receive a $25 voucher or let this accumulate to a $600 spend and you will have the option of using 1x $50 voucher or use 1x $25 voucher and save the other $25 voucher for another day. Only one voucher to be redeemed per purchase. Loyalty points expire after 1 year.

    It’s Tango’s Shoes policy to send our members emails throughout the purchasing process and other news letter emails with updates, promotions and specials.
